Your booking
You must be over the age of 18 and accept these terms on behalf of your party as a leader taking responsibility for all communications and payments. Our confirmation is made via email to you as party leader and is our acceptance of the booking. Please check the confirmation details and make any changes as soon as possible, otherwise we believe details are correct. All accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Payment
We take 50% payment at the time of booking and the remaining 50% must be paid one month before arrival. If we do not hear from you, we will cancel your booking and retain your 50% deposit.
If you wish to cancel your booking
We require one month notice via email or telephone to cancel your accommodation booking. Any cancellation made by you within two weeks prior to your visit will be taken as 100% payment.
If we change your booking
In the unlikely event that we need to change or cancel your booking, we reserve the right to do so and will inform you as soon as possible. We will endeavour to find alternative accommodation and refund you the difference in price. We are not responsible to pay any compensation regarding a change or cancellation made by us.
If a change or cancellation occurs because of circumstances beyond our control, for example; threat of war, unrest or terrorist activity, unforeseen weather conditions or natural disasters including fire and flood, unexpected transport issues, epidemic illness and any other unfortunate situations, we will have no liability to you. No compensation payments or expenses including the cost of securing alternative accommodation will be paid by us.
If you have a complaint
In the unlikely event that you have cause for complaint, please contact a member of staff and the site manager will help you as soon as possible. We ask that you report any incidents immediately as anything reported once the trip is complete and you are home, cannot be rectified. If however your matter cannot be resolved locally, please contact our UK office within 28 days of your return from holiday, providing any supporting evidence.
Our responsibility
To ensure we offer you the highest standard of accommodation and facilities possible. Clean rooms and friendly staff will ensure you have a good stay.
Your responsibility
To ensure you leave accommodation and contents clean and in complete condition and to report anything out of the ordinary. To respect local laws and any on-site regulations. To limit party numbers as per your booking. Any serious abuse or damage may lead to eviction without compensation.
Prices
Prices are correct at the time of booking. We reserve the right to increase or decrease prices as required.
Passport, visa, travel insurance and medical requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport and any visas required at the time of travel, including travel insurance. Please ensure you are prepared for any medical requirements for example anti-malaria drugs, advice can be given by your GP.
